John Orrock
Executive Chairman
John is responsible for leading investment strategy, performance and corporate governance oversight. John is an entrepreneur with global experience in developed and emerging markets, playing a key advisory and investment role in start-ups as well as enterprise growth and diversification planning. Highly regarded for driving offshore delivery and regional business development for high-growth companies, identifying IP, talent and market opportunities in early-stage ventures. John formerly founded and successfully exited OKERE Consulting to Fujitsu Consulting, and Global One, which merged into Cloud Sherpas before being exited to Accenture.
John is also an ongoing advisor to members of Microsoft’s Global Leadership Team.
Chris Lee
Managing Director
Chris is responsible for leading origination, financing, structuring and asset management. Prior to Future Now Ventures, Chris held several senior executive finance and operations roles across various IT sectors, including the regional expansion of Cloud Sherpas, which saw over 10 times revenue growth in 4 years. Prior to Cloud Sherpas, Chris held the role of CFO at Kamco (now part of NTT), who were awarded a $494M contract to be the technology and operating partner for the Victorian Public Transport Ticketing System. Chris is a highly experienced finance and operations professional, specialising in assisting fast-growth global consulting services, technology and network integration companies.
Giacomo Gaetani
Principal
Giacomo is responsible for deal execution, asset management, monitoring and reporting. Previously, Giacomo worked at Prostar Capital where he was a Vice President and responsible for deal execution and asset management / monitoring. At Prostar, Giacomo covered the spectrum of energy and energy infrastructure investments including investing and managing assets in South Korea, U.S. and the UAE. Prior to Prostar, Mr. Gaetani was a Project Manager with RungePincockMinarco, an independent consulting firm based in Sydney, Australia.
Arvin Rafol
Strategic Operations
Arvin is a CPA and an accredited tax agent in the Philippines. He is responsible for all aspects of finance and reporting for the Philippine operations. He supports FN portfolio companies on areas of transaction advisory, due diligence, company formation and maintenance, tax compliance and strategic planning.
